Buko Pandan Pastillas Balls

Ingredients:

• Butter Milk Powder – 150g (2cups)
• Powder Sugar – 70g (1cup)
• Evaporated Milk – 70g (1/2 cup)
• EZ’s Best Flavocol Buko Pandan - 8g(4tsp)

Instruction:

1. Combine milk powder and sugar in a bowl, then sift together.

2. Bind with milk and EZ's Best Buko Pandan Flavocol until well blended. Form into desired size and roll in desiccated coconut, then wrap in glassine paper.
