Produced from freshly harvested garlic cloves of Allium sativum, member of the Lily family. It has been inspected, washed, sliced, dehydrated, milled and metal detected. Granulated, minced, roasted, ground. Light amber to light tan with occasional dark specs. It has a strong, pungent and heated taste which sweetens when cooked.
