Chocolate Crackle Bars

  • 240g EZ's Best Chocolate Chips (Dark Compound)
  • 148g Rolled Oats
  • 76g Rice Crispies
  • 300g Chocolate Spread
  • 57g Maple Syrup
  • 93g Coconut Oil
  1. Prepare a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Using a bain-marie allow the water to boil for 2 to 3 minutes before turning off the heat, then place a medium size bowl with EZ's Best Dark Compound Chocolate Chips at 45C degrees to melt.
  3. Add rolled oats into a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine chocolate spread, maple syrup and Coconut Oil. Mix in the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oats and mix until combined. Pour into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm, for at least 30 minutes. Remove and cut into bars.
