CHOCOLATE MEDIANTS BY CHEF AGNES BORROMEO
Gently melt Catalina chocolate callets of choice and once melted, place by the spoonful on a silicone mat or on
parchment paper or on parchment baking cups.
Decorate the chocolate with nuts and dried fruit of choice.
Allow to harden in the freezer for a few minutes and enjoy!
