Bechamel Sauce Ingredents:
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose flour
1 1/2 cup Fresh milk
30 g EZ'S BEST ALL-PURPOSE CREAM POWDER
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper ground
1/8 tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter; add flour and stir until dissolved; add in whisked fresh milk and EZ'S BEST ALLPURPOSE CREAM POWDER. Continue stirring until mixture is thick.
2. Add in salt, pepper and yellow mustard to taste.
3. To assemble: Spread the Bechamel sauce on the sliced bread top with the cooked ham, cheese and another slice of bread finish it with more Bechamel Sauce and Cheese fully covering the sandwich. Sprinkle with nutmeg and parsley.
4. Baked in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 F or until cheese on top is melted
