Valentine Doughnut Bouquet

Ingredients

• Mix ‘n Fry Yeast Raised Doughnut Mix, 1 kilogram pack
• Barry Callebaut Milk Chocolate Callets, 250 grams
• Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets, 250 grams
• Barry Callebaut White Chocolate Buttons, 250 grams
• Heart Candy Sprinkles, 20 grams

Directions

1. For doughnuts, follow procedure indicated in the label of the doughnut mix.
2. Place the chocolate in a stainless mixing bowl and put-on top of a pot in simmering water, then off the heat. Gently stir until melted.
3. Dip doughnut into the melted chocolate, decorate toppings as desired.
4. Transfer doughnuts to wire rack to set.
5. Serving Suggestion: Doughnuts can be arranged into a bouquet by inserting paper lollipop stick into each doughnut. Arrange to form like a flower bouquet, wrap around with colored cellosheet and secured the sticks with a tape. Finally tie the end with a gold ribbon.
