Graham Chocolate Dipped
Ingredients
- Honey Graham Crackers, 100 grams
- Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets, 500 grams
- Valentine Sprinkles Mix
- Pink Pearl Sprinkles Mix
Directions
- Place the dark chocolate in a stainless mixing bowl and put-on top of a pot in simmering water, then off the heat. Gently stir until melted. Set aside.
- Lined baking sheet with grease proof paper.
- Dip graham crackers into melted chocolate. Crackers must be completely covered to preserve crispiness.
- Transfer into lines baking sheet. Decorate with candy sprinkles or any topping desired.
- Refrigerate for 6-10 minutes until set.
- Arrange in a gift box or tin.
