Graham Chocolate Dipped


  • Honey Graham Crackers, 100 grams
  • Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate Callets, 500 grams
  • Valentine Sprinkles Mix
  • Pink Pearl Sprinkles Mix


  1. Place the dark chocolate in a stainless mixing bowl and put-on top of a pot in simmering water, then off the heat. Gently stir until melted. Set aside.
  2. Lined baking sheet with grease proof paper.
  3. Dip graham crackers into melted chocolate. Crackers must be completely covered to preserve crispiness.
  4. Transfer into lines baking sheet. Decorate with candy sprinkles or any topping desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 6-10 minutes until set.
  6. Arrange in a gift box or tin.
