Vanilla Cheese Cupcake
Ingredients
- Cake Flour 250g
- Sugar, white refined 300g
- Baking Powder 15g
- Salt, iodized 1g
- Butter, unsalted 125g
- Eggs, fresh 137g
- Milk Powder 22 g
- Water 202g
- EZ's Best Vanilla Powder 0.55g
Toppings: Cheddar Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 cup muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together then sift together.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Alternately mix in dry ingredients and water into the batter. Beat until combined, do not overmix.
- Divide batter evenly into the muffin tin cups. Top with grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
