Vanilla Cheese Cupcake


  • Cake Flour  250g 
  • Sugar, white refined 300g
  • Baking Powder 15g 
  • Salt, iodized 1g
  • Butter, unsalted 125g
  • Eggs, fresh 137g
  • Milk Powder 22 g 
  • Water 202g 
  • EZ's Best Vanilla Powder 0.55g 

Toppings: Cheddar Cheese, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 cup muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together then sift together.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Alternately mix in dry ingredients and water into the batter. Beat until combined, do not overmix.
  5. Divide batter evenly into the muffin tin cups. Top with grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
